Do I need an account or a card?
No. There are no accounts and no card details — add pieces to your cart, send your order on WhatsApp or by email, and we confirm everything with you personally.
How do I pay?
In Pakistan: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay or bank transfer. Internationally: bank transfer in USD. Share your receipt or screenshot on WhatsApp or email so we can confirm your order.
How long does delivery take?
Across Pakistan in 2–5 working days; worldwide within 6–14. Full shipping details are shared with every order confirmation.
What if my piece arrives imperfect?
Exchange it within 7 days of receiving it — we will make it right.
Can I see prices in my own currency?
Yes, automatically. We detect your country and show prices, delivery and your order total in your local currency — Pakistan sees Pakistani prices; other countries see their regional price. Sending a piece to another country? Choose the destination at checkout.
Is delivery included in the price?
No — delivery is quoted separately and clearly, before you send your order, and it is never inflated by international pricing. Larger orders qualify for free delivery.
Are import duties and taxes included?
For Pakistan, taxes are included. For other countries, any import duties and taxes are payable by you on delivery unless we have agreed otherwise — your order states this before you send it, so nothing is charged twice.
Can I commission something personal?
